Elementary, My Dear Watson

Creeping to the front window like a detective in a spy movie, you peek through the curtains at the suspicious van. It’s white, windowless, and has “Plumbing Services” painted on the side in letters that look like they were done with a crayon.

As you watch, two men get out. One is tall and thin with a gold tooth that catches the sunlight. The other is shorter and stockier, and seems to trip over his own feet just walking to the mailbox.

Gold Tooth points at your house and says something to his partner. They’re clearly talking about YOUR house. This can’t be good.

Then you see Clumsy Guy pull out a piece of paper and start reading from it. Even from here, you can see it’s a floor plan. A floor plan of YOUR HOUSE!
